INFO RECORD MANAGEMENT

INFO RECORD MANAGEMENT:

User can create INFO in two ways.

1.    Integrating with SAP

2.    Create INFO records from QCS

As INFO and contract are very similar to each other but some validations at INFO Record make it different from the contract, Info record doesn’t have a Quantity field and INFO Record has conditions values, these conditions have scales to it, and in condition value what every value is been given that will be taken has net price for that particular INFO Record and if user inputs scales under conditions and each scales will have two fields namely.

1.    Qty.

2.    Price

These scale values will be used in PO creation, 

For example- user created INFO record with a condition value of 100 and in that condition, the user has added two scales one is with qty 100 and value 200 and the second one with qty 200 and price 300.

Now suppose user created PO with 50 Qty than that PO net price will be 100 if Qty is more than or equal to 100 and less than 200 than price will be 200 and if it is more than or equal to 200 than price will 300.

The Above picture represents the condition value screen in UI. Remaining all the things are same as contract management.
