PRM360 self-help portal is designed to address the self-help requirement of Buyers, Suppliers and the Information & Technology Team. As we know that PRM360 offers customizable options so we have support articles. Let's understand 

  1. Supplier Articles
    Support articles for suppliers are kept with global access and any supplier can access the articles with no restrictions. 
  2. Buyer Articles
    Articles covering common features are available with global access and all registered buyer can access the same on the Self Help Portal Page. You will require to log in to access the support articles. 
  3. Dedicated Articles
    Dedicated articles covering dedicated features as per your PRM360 subscription. You will require to log in to access the support articles.

We request you to please keep your Company's Buyer list updated with PRM360. This will help us provide dedicated support. To activate the login please ask your Customer Success Manager.
