Multiple Company Names When Login PRM360 or Select Company Option When Login PRM360
Why: Multiple Company Names only appear when you have multiple Supplier profiles registered with the Buyer.
Supplier Step 1: Please select each of the listed Companies and check the Supplier Profile in the PRM360. Select one of the two listed companies and push LogIN -> Leads, review all the listed leads and make sure you have the latest lead available in the Account (look at the below image).
Supplier Step 2: Please select the other Company and check the Supplier Profile in the PRM360 (see Supplier step 1). Review all the listed leads and make sure you have the latest lead available in the Account (look at the above image). Ask the buyer to keep the account that has the latest Leads.
Supplier Step 3: Connect with the Buyer and ask to Inactive the wrong Supplier Profile in PRM360 you may also share the link Change The Business Status of a Registered Supplier : Support Portal (prm360.com) with the buyer to expedite the process.
