Introduction/Reminder to Participating Suppliers in PRM360?

When: Assume due to business exigencies or any other reason you missed to follow up with the Participating Suppliers. Anyways PRM360 is designed in such a way that it sends automated reminders to Participating Suppliers to submit quotations. However, if Participating Suppliers miss again or maybe you need to send some communication to Participating Suppliers. You can use the following steps and send a reminder or communication to Participating Suppliers.  The reason is yours, PRM360 will help you send the communication to Participating Suppliers. 

Step 1: Log in to PRM360 -> Left Navigation Bar -> Requirements -> My Requirements List -> Locate the Req Number -> Click on the Title -> On Req Page -> Click on "Options" on right hand top corner -> Choose "Remind Vendors" from the drop down List 

Step 2: Choose the Reminder Type, Reminders/Introduction -> Choose the Participating Suppliers (basis their Quotation Submission Status) -> Type your "Message" -> and click Send

Please note: Text Messages will only be sent if you have integrated your SMS service with PRM360 otherwise only text eMail will be sent.
