How to Update Supplier Profile Details (About) in PRM360

Assume there is a supplier by the name of Philippe Wolgen. He wants to update his Supplier Profile information in PRM360. Basis your buyer role and permission you can take the below steps.

Buyer Step 1: LogIn to PRM360 and go to My Vendors and locate the Supplier in the list and click on the edit icon (under action). Look at the image with the red highlighted red box. 

Buyer Step 2: You are on the Vendor info (Look at the image with the red highlighted red box) page for that selected supplier. Now assume the supplier has asked you to make the following changes. Please note that you can change all or one of the required details too. 

Vendor: First Name Philippe to Issac  

Vendor: Last Name Wolgen to Newton

Email: nhtbacth20211002@gmail.com to prm360cs@gmail.com

Phone: 9999994000 to 9999994022

VendorCompany Name: NHTBACTH2021-11 to Noida-Chemicals Pvt Ltd

Currency: Currency -INR

Country: Blank to India

As a buyer, you go ahead and update the requested changes in PRM360 and click on Save. 

Buyer Step 3: Now, you are on My Vendors Page. The requested information is updated and new changes are applied in the PRM360. Look at the image with the red highlighted red box. As a buyer, your work is done. Now the supplier will receive an eMail communication on the old and newly updated eMail address.  

Supplier Step 1: Please check your updated eMail inbox and log in with the shared credentials. Look at the image below. As you are login in with the updated details the first time so please verify the credentials in the PRM360. Please be informed that you don't need to have access to old eMail address in order to login with the new eMail address. 

Supplier Step 2: Your requested details are updated, please validate. Look at the image below. If all is as per the request then don't wait long, go submit the quote.
