Buyer has initiated your registration on PRM360 tool and now, you need to complete the registration at your end.

Step1 : eMail with this subject lines means that buyer has registered you in PRM360 tool. Now you need to take a step further and complete the registration by entering all the required information. Only completed registration accounts are invited in further process (please refer the below image)

Note : PRM360 team plays no role in adding/registering a supplier in PRM360 tool.

Step 2: Open the eMail and carefully read the content shared in the eMail. This eMail contains your registration details (please refer image below) like 

1. PRM360 URL : This will be used to access the PRM360 portal and submit the quotation and next steps 
2. USER ID: By default this is your registered eMail shared/used for communication with Buyer.
3. PASSWORD: Default password (for first time use only) 

Step 3: Click on URL mentioned in PRM360 URL: and it will take you to the PRM360 Portal (refer image below). You will be required to enter your user id and password (already shared in the eMail) and click LOG IN. 

Step 4: After successful login for the first time system will navigate you to the below screen. This is very important and mandate authorization process required to be completed by every user. Please click on OK (refer below image) and “Click to verify EMAIL”, 

Step 5: As part of standard authorization process, user has to verify the email id. Once user clicks on “Click to verify EMAIL”, system will trigger an OTP to users registered email id.

Step 6: Enter the received OTP and click Verify OTP

Step 7: Your first time registration is complete and you shall receive the below eMail as a confirmation. 

Q.E.D : Registration Process is Complete
