What is the Quotation Freeze Time and Expected Negotiation Time?

Modified on Sun, 11 Oct 2020 at 10:01 PM

Quotation Freeze Time: The stipulated time buyer wanted the supplier to submit a Quotation before the Freeze Time. The system may not allow suppliers to make a bid post the Quotation freeze time or it might mark the quotation LATE. Kindly check with your buyer if the system does not allow you to submit the quotations post Freeze time.

Expected Negotiation Time: Expected Negotiation time specifies when the negotiation for the requirement would be initiated. This is expected negotiation time, the actual time would be intimated once the buyer's setups the negotiation time after receiving all the quotations. All the suppliers would be updated about the actual negotiation start time through email as and when it is updated
