My Leads : The page in PRM360 Tool shows Quotation Submission invitation received from Purchaser. It is very important to understand the Leads page.  Being Familiar to this page will save your time. Please understand this page very carefully.



The following details are displayed in the leads Page:

  • REQ ID: Unique ID of the Requirement posted (The invitation eMail communication also contains the Req ID, ref image below)


  • Title (hyperlink enabled): Requirement title given by Purchase team while posting the requirement. When you on the Title of the requirement it will navigate you to view the requirement details where you compete the Quotation (please keep this Title and Req ID handy when connecting with support or buyer).


  • Requirement Posted: Represents the date when the requirement is created by the Purchase team


  • Negotiation Start Time: Represents the date and time when the requirement is scheduled/negotiation initiated by the Purchase team (this information is also available in the eMail which you receive from the buyer, please refer the image below)


  • Priority: Critical/High/Medium/Low are the different priorities available in the system and the respective priority would be displayed for the requirement as posted by the Purchase team


  • Status: The following are the different status that are assigned to a requirement during the process:
  1. New-Requirement has been posted by Purchase team and waiting for you to submit the quotation.
  2. WIP– You have successfully submitted the quotation and it is under review by the Purchase Team.
  3. Negotiation Scheduled Your quotation is accepted and Purchase Team invited you to participate in the live negotiation (Keep an eye on the Negotiation Date and Time, refer image above). 
  4. Negotiation Started – Live Negotiation where you are invited to actively quote live prices.
  5. Negotiation Closed -When negotiation is ended, “Negotiation Closed” status is displayed for the requirement. You can not update any details for this requirement.
  6. Negotiation Cancelled -Negotiation is cancelled, You can not update any details for this requirement (If any questions please connect with buyer directly).
