Create an Invoice from the Vendor End

  • Portal Login: Access the PRMAI Vendor Portal using the URL shared with your organization. Enter your registered vendor credentials and click Login.
  • Select Reference PO: From the dashboard, navigate to Orders → Purchase Orders (PO) and select the approved PO against which you want to raise the invoice.
  • Initiate Flip-to-Invoice: Open the PO details page and click Flip to Invoice. The system will automatically populate the invoice draft with the corresponding PO line-item details.
  • Enter Commercial Details: Provide the required invoice information, including Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and applicable tax structure details.
  • Update Billed Quantities: If submitting a partial invoice, adjust the line-item quantities to match the goods delivered or services completed.
  • Upload Invoice & Submit: Attach a PDF copy of the commercial invoice and click Submit to route the invoice directly to the buyer’s Accounts Payable team for processing.
