Designations/Currency

Designations:

The User admin can leverage the Designation settings page to configure the designations of the organization.

Users can add a New Designation by clicking on the add new designation option.

Users can add/edit the designation by updating the following details:

1. Designation Name: The name of the designation system has to be considered.
2. Designation Desc: Designation description.
3. Designation Type: As higher the designation would be the higher the level of the designation type is configured.

Currency:

User admin can leverage Currency settings to configure currency and the conversation factor for the same w.r.to the Base currency of the Organization. Users can add New currency by clicking on the Add New Currency feature.

Users can edit the conversion rate by updating the following details:

1. Currency factor: The conversion factor system should consider converting the currency to base/local currency
2. Start Date: The start date of the conversion rate system should be considered while calculating.
3. End Date: The end date validates the currency conversion.
