Sentiss - Surrogate vendor

Surrogate User

Open My Requirements  
select a RFQ and click on the title then a below page will be opened
Go to Action and Click on Lock Icon as shown below "Surrogate Users" 

A following screen will be visible to surrogate the vendor. The user who create the RFQ will only be able to surrogate the vendor. The admin will not have an access to surrogate the vendor if he did not create the RFQ.

User need to search the user name and comments should be mentioned and click on save.

Once the surrogate user is successful then a pop- up will be displayed.

Then the user need to click on the below marked icon under actions which it will direct to the vendor page.
