DASHBOARD


Dashboard is divided into few sections. The following are the details of the sections displaying the data based on the date filter and the department selection criteria:



Open indent line: It displays the number of Indent lines that are open during the selected timeframe in the respective department. 

Open RFQ: This shows the total numbers which RFQs are raised but not converted to QCS during the selected timeframe in the respective department.

Pending QCS: The numbers of QCS that are sent for approval post the RFQ creations during the selected timeframe in the respective department. 

Submitted POs: It displays the total number of POs that are submitted to the ERP system during the selected timeframe in the respective department. 

Released POs: It displays the total number of POs that are received from the ERP during the selected timeframe in the respective department.


Savings: This displays the total savings achieved through the RFQs posted.


The second section in the dashboard consists of the pie graph representing the pending requirements classification based on value and priority respectively.



The third section has a Line graph which displays the month on month procurement trend along with respective savings. The live requirement table would display the list of pending requirements in the system which the user can navigate to the respective RFQ by clicking the RFQ ID. This acts as a shortcut to the users to quickly navigate to the pending RFQ’s.

 

Monthly average savings are calculated on the basis of requirements created in the Sentiss PRM360 application, with two lines that represents requirement value (total sum of the initial vendor list price) and savings achieved (total sum of the savings achieved) Based on the released PO value, the Top 5 Spend categories will be displayed with the sum of the released values

Top 5 category savings will be displayed based on the RFQ QCS approved cases against each line item. Savings value is calculated on the basis of the (Final price- Initial price). The live requirement table would display the list of pending requirements in the system which user can navigate to the respective RFQ by clicking the RFQID. This acts as a shortcut to the users to quickly navigate to the pending RFQ’s.
