How to add MPN Code

Step1: Navigate to the MPN Codes Section

1. Log in to your account on the platform.

2. On the dashboard or main menu, locate and click on the "My Accounts" option.

3. select "MPN Codes" to access the MPN management page.

Step2:Fill the Required Fields

On the MPN Codes page, you will see a section to add new codes.

Enter the following mandatory details in their respective fields:

• Plant Code: Select the required plant code from the dropdown.

• Material Code: Provide the name of the product code associated with the MPN.

• Vendor: Provide the vendor code mapped to the material code

• MPN Code: Enter the unique manufacturer part number

Double-check all the information entered to ensure accuracy.

Step3- Save the MPN Code:

1. After filling out all the mandatory fields, click on the "Save" button located at the bottom.

2. Once saved:

   • A confirmation message will appear, indicating the successful addition of the MPN code.

   • The newly added MPN code will be listed in the table
