Participate in Live Forward Auction Negotiation Overall%

Once your Submitted Quotation is Approved by the Buyer. You receive an invitation communication from the Buyer inviting you to participate in the Participate in Live Forward Auction Negotiation. Please note that Live Forward Auction Negotiation will ask you to increase the bid every time.    

Always make sure to review the Bid Incremental Level. 

Participating Supplier Step 1: LogIn to PRM360 -> Navigation Bar -> Fwd Leads -> Click on the hyperlinked enabled Title SA-RFQ (look at the image with the red highlighted red box). 

Participating Supplier Step 2: Scroll the page and look at the Negotiation Rules, Minimum Incremental Percentage 0.5 (look at the image with the red highlighted red box).  This means that Live Forward Auction Negotiation will be bid in Overall%. Irrespective of the count of items listed in the bid you will bid Live Forward Auction Negotiation in Overall% and, the Overall% entered will also increase the price of all the items by the same %.   

Participating Supplier Step 3: You can enter any percentage from 0.5% and up to 25% for each bid. Assume you try putting 25.010% as bid increase and click on Make a bid.  Please note that you enter the bid% in numbers and in the designated Pink Box only. You don't need to put the % sign (look at the image with the red highlighted red box).  Your rank is also visible on the right-hand side.

Participating Supplier Step 4: As soon as you increase the Bid to more than 25%. The PRM will reject the bid and throw an error (look at the image with the red highlighted red box). 

Participating Supplier Step 5: You can increase the Bid from 0.5% to 25% in a single bid (look at the image with the red highlighted red box). 

Participating Supplier Step : The PRM will accept it and give you a successful message (look at the image with the red highlighted red box). Which states PRM360 has accepted your bid. Please keep bidding with different % until you get Rank 1 or win the bid (negotiation is closed).
