Trying to reduce more than 25% but couldn’t reduce during negotiation

In a single bid, suppliers can not reduce more than 25% as sometimes people may reduce more prices unintentionally or erroneously. In order to eliminate this problem, minimum reduction validation has been enforced to 25%. 

Note: If the Supplier wants to reduce more than 25% they can reduce their prices in multiple bids. This validation is only for a single bid.
