Verify email using OTP after logging in for the first time?

To verify your email using OTP, please follow these steps:

1. After registering in the PRM system, log in using your registered email ID or mobile number and the default password.
2. Once you click on Login, the system will prompt you for OTP verification.
3. Click on “verify to click.”
4. An OTP will be sent to your registered email ID.
5. Go to your email inbox and copy the OTP.
6. Return to the portal and enter the OTP in the provided field or pop-up window.
7. Click on “Verify OTP.”
8. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your email has been successfully verified.

If you do not receive the OTP, please check your spam folder or request to resend the OTP.
