Sentiss: Delete of QCS.

Access levels:


  • The admin user can provide access to the user by following these steps:
  • Log in to the PRM360 application.
  • Navigate to My Accounts.
  • Add the sub-user to the system.
  • Click on Access as shown below.




  • The following page will open.
  • Check the Delete QCS Access option.
  • Click on Save to complete the process.




Delete QCS:

The user can delete the QCS who has an access for the delete QCS.

  • The user will post the RFQ and receive quotations from the vendors.
  • Once the user approves the quotation, a negotiation will be scheduled.
  • After the negotiation is closed, the user can create the QCS.
  • The user can edit the QCS and submit it for approval.
  • If the QCS is approved or rejected, the user will have the option to delete the QCS.



Once the PO is created after QCS is approved the the user will not be able to delete the QCS. 

It will throw an error as follows.
